Shipping time consists of two stages: Handling Time and Transit Time.

1. Handling Time (How long we take to get your order ready):

2. Transit Time (How long it takes for the courier to deliver it to you):

  • 5 - 9 business days (Monday - Friday)

Total shipping time: 8 - 15 business days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping Locations:

We ship across the United Arab Emirates. We deliver directly to your door using one of our trusted courier partners, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are based on your order value and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders below AED 250:

  • Shipping Fee: AED 25

Orders above AED 250:

  • Shipping Fee: Free

Shipping Status

If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry! We are committed to delivering your items within the estimated time frame provided at checkout.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Item Not Received:

If your tracking status shows delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact the courier first to check the status. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@sculptshapewear.co for further assistance.

Please Note: If our courier is unable to reach you and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any return shipping and reshipment fees. Please ensure that your contact details are correct when placing your order.
